How booking works
Guests & Menu
- Garden Kubo packages: 20 to 40 guests.
- Banquet packages: 50 guests or more.
- Packages include 4 hours. Each extra hour is ₱5,000.
- Final guest count and menu choices are confirmed before the event.
- Choose one dish from each category marked “Choose one”.
Food & Drinks
- Dessert and iced tea are included with every food package.
- Alcoholic drinks are not included in food package prices; see the drinks list.
- Special requests are subject to availability; additional charges may apply.
Deposit & Payment
- We host one event per day. Your date is reserved once the deposit is paid.
- Garden Kubo (20 to 40 guests): a ₱10,000 deposit reserves your date, and the balance is paid at the end of the event.
- Banquet (50 guests or more): a 50% deposit reserves your date, and the balance is paid on the day of the event.
- The deposit can be refunded only within 24 hours of booking, because we start arranging your event with our suppliers right away.
- Bank transfer details are provided on your quote.
- Please send a copy of your transfer confirmation for verification.

How many guests do the packages cover?
Garden Kubo packages are for 20 to 40 guests. Banquet packages are for 50 guests or more. For a smaller group, contact us to reserve a table.
What comes with every food package?
Dessert and iced tea are included with every food package. Alcoholic drinks are not included in food package prices.
Can we choose the dishes?
Yes. Choose one dish from each category marked “Choose one”. Final guest count and menu choices are confirmed before the event.
How long can our event run?
Packages include 4 hours. Each extra hour is ₱5,000. Events can start from 4PM and run until we close at 1AM.
How do I hold my date?
We host one event per day. Your date is reserved once the deposit is paid. Garden Kubo (20 to 40 guests): a ₱10,000 deposit reserves your date, and the balance is paid at the end of the event. Banquet (50 guests or more): a 50% deposit reserves your date, and the balance is paid on the day of the event.
When is the rest paid?
The balance is paid on the day of the event. Garden Kubo: the balance after the ₱10,000 deposit is paid at the end of the event. Banquet: 50% is paid as the deposit and the other 50% on the day of the event. Bank transfer details are provided on your quote.
Can I get my deposit back?
The deposit can be refunded only within 24 hours of booking, because we start arranging your event with our suppliers right away.
Is the instant quote final?
No. It is an estimate. Your written quote confirms availability, menu and deposit.
Can we add drinks?
Yes. The Drinks Package is ₱33,240. Local beer is ₱2,000 per case of 24, and a Sapporo draft keg is ₱9,950 plus ₱1,000 for CO2.

Hardin is at 914 Fields Avenue, Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga, with a second entrance at 892 Tinio Street. We are open daily 4PM–1AM.
