Hardin (“we”) is an open-air garden restaurant at 914 Fields Avenue and 892 Tinio Street, Balibago, Angeles City, Pampanga. This notice explains how we handle the personal information you give us when you ask about an event or a table. That includes our Facebook and Instagram forms, Messenger, WhatsApp, Viber, phone, email and this website.
What we collect
Your name, company or organisation, email address, mobile number, event details (type, date, number of guests, package, notes) and the messages you send us. When you use a form on this website, we also record the page you used and the campaign details in the link that brought you there.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare quotes, manage your booking, deposits and invoices, and contact you about your event. We send promotions only if you agree, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
- Our team.
- Service providers that help us handle enquiries and bookings. These include our customer-relationship system, messaging apps, and Meta, when you use a Facebook or Instagram form.
- Payment providers, when you pay a deposit.
- Government agencies, when the law requires it (for example, for invoices).
We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
- Enquiry records: up to 24 months after your last contact.
- Booking and invoice records: as long as tax law requires.
Website measurement
This website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to see how pages are used. Our event pages also use the Meta pixel to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. These tools use cookies and similar technology in your browser.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. You may also complain to the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph).
Security
Only staff who need your information can see it, and we keep it in password-protected systems.
